the problem is that the tracking is not appearing on the order and so we are not getting the extra points. When we buy the labels (via the Hermes site) it automatically dispatches them on ebay and uploads the tracking details. I don’t recall ever getting the metrics points though when using the service despite entering tracking details.
Originally I was mistakenly entering the parcel2go reference number. Scroll down the email from parcel2go & you’ll see the relevant tracking number on the left of the email next to the buyer’s address.
As far as I’m aware I’m now getting the bonus points.
I love how easy combining orders is in shippingeasy, but combined amazon orders are not updating the status as shipped or uploading tracking to amazon.
This is an IMPORTANT issue that needs addressed because we have to sort through open orders inside of amazon after we have shipped everything, search each order number and copy the tracking in for each order to amazon.
